As a Problem Manager, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of all problems at the Service Desk.
The priority of your job is to prevent problems, eliminate recurrent incidents and minimize the impact of incidents that could occur.
You handle the IT problems, analyse and process them. Also, give priority to this.
You provide processes and documentation / procedures and ensure proper compliance.
You check the solution and verify that this is correctly implemented.
You put up work-arounds so that the impact remains limited.
You are going to proactively look for certain issues and deliver different improvement points.
You continuously improve the Problem Management process.

You already have a solid experience (minimum 3 years) as a Problem Manager
You have a diploma of higher education or university degree or equivalent to experience.
You have, preferably, an ITIL V3 Foundations certificate.
You have experience working in a Windows environment and have a good knowledge of networks.
You are customer and solution oriented, have analytical thinking capabilities and you can provide the necessary flexibility.
You are Dutch or French speaking mother tongue with a good knowledge of the other language and proficient at English.
