Process Consultant

We search

You analyse and improve ITIL processes.

You assist in developing the process model / process mapping / process documentation of the company as well as identifying and evaluating the various processes and making it accessible to the entire company.

You conduct conversations at the operational level in the organization and contribute to the integration of service practices into close consultation.

You perform different assessments from departments, business units, etc.

You manage the priorities of the process improvement projects, as well as defining the objectives, goals, measures etc.

You provide a project plan.

You write case study documentation and you provide guidance to implement the improvements

Profile

You already have a solid experience (minimum 3 years) as a Process Consultant.

You have a diploma of higher education or university degree or equivalent to experience.

You have a thorough knowledge of multiple ITIL processes and have at least one ITIL foundations certificate. Implementing, writing, documenting ITIL processes holds no secrets for you.

You can alayse the different cases from a distance and are capable of reviewing them in a critical matter.

You think conceptually with the customer and can then translate these ideas pragmatically.

Knowledge of BPMN is a plus.

You have excellent presentation skills.

You are Dutch or French speaking mother tongue with a good knowledge of the other language and English
