Incident Manager

We search

• As an Incident Manager, you follow the progress of incidents and requests, organize and guide your task forces to solve them efficiently, focusing on the fast delivery of solutions, and deliver incident reports.
• You work with the service desk to ensure optimal quality and service.
• You closely monitor the SLAs and KPIs and actively send the team to achieve the defined SLAs and KPIs.
• You are responsible for processes and documentation / procedures related to Incident Management and ensure proper compliance with this.
• You listen, analyse and look for a suitable solution that also gives you proactive feedback to the team.
• You can efficiently and quickly identify certain obstacles, and you also make the necessary improvement plans

Profile

• You already have a solid experience (minimum 3 years) as Incident Manager
• You have a diploma of higher education or university degree or equivalent to experience.
• You have an ITIL V3 Foundations certificate.
• You have experience working in a Windows environment and have a good knowledge of networks.
• You are customer and solution oriented, have analytical thinking capacities and you can provide the necessary flexibility.
• You are Dutch or French speaking mother tongue with a good knowledge of the other language and English.
