We search

You are in charge of a team of IT consultants

You do the daily support and coaching of the team, ensuring efficient functioning and optimization of resources.

You provide optimal planning, divide the work and regularly host team meetings.

You are responsible for performance discussions as well as the annual evaluation talks.

You are able to provide operational support to the team if necessary.

You work together and are the point of contact for the other departments.

You manage the KPI's and the monitoring of the SLA's and intervene where / if necessary in an efficient and effective manner.

Profile

You already have a solid experience (minimum 3 years) as Team Leader

You have a diploma of higher education or university degree or equivalent to experience.

You are a real people manager and already have plenty communication and management experience.

You are customer and solution oriented, capable of thinking analytical and you can provide the necessary flexibility.

You are Dutch or French speaking mother tongue with a good knowledge of the other language and English.
