We search

As a Scrum Master, you play an important role in delivering projects where you respect the development standards and Scrum principles.

You support the team to organize Agile, monitor the Agile principles and act as a sound board and facilitator.

You stimulate the team to self-organization.

You are responsible for planning, monitoring the project risks and knowing how to solve problems as well as avoid obstacles.

You organize and facilitate the (stand-up) meetings, day-to-day operations of teams and projects, ...

You support the team in realizing the proposed objectives.

You are on the one hand the functional analyst in managing the backlogs and determining the development priorities. On the other hand, you also support the developers in applying the right engineering standards to work productively and qualitatively.

As a Scrum Master, you report to the various stakeholders involved in the project (eg project managers, project staff, the customer, ...).

You are constantly looking for process improvements and you also know how to encourage the team.

Profile

You already have a solid experience (minimum 3 years) as a Scrum Master

You have a diploma of higher education or university degree or equivalent, gained through experience.

You have a thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle and (agile) application lifecycle management.

You have a solid experience in development, analysis or testing.

You also have a basic knowledge of architecture and design.

An extensive knowledge of and experience with Agile development methodologies (eg Scrum and Kanban) is an asset. Experience in coaching, guiding and supporting (mixed) teams is also a plus.

Your sense of analysis allows you to contain and structure complex issues.

You are customer and solution oriented, capable of analytical thinking and you can provide the necessary flexibility.

You are Dutch or French speaking mother tongue with a good knowledge of the other language and English.
