Project Management Officer

We search

As Project Management Officer you are responsible for assisting and supporting various activities of various projects such as cost monitoring, deadlines and resources.

You are involved in the process design (collecting information and developing the process in different process tools)

You submit proposals and drafts regarding planning, status, problems, etc.

Preparing and delivering regular and accurate reporting is also part of your day-to-day tasks.

You organize meetings and write the minutes of the meetings (as well as the Steering Committee support and its minutes).

Profile

You already have a solid experience (minimum 3 years) as Project Management Officer

You have a diploma of higher education or university degree or equivalent to experience.

You are preferably familiar with a Project Management Methodology such as Prince2, PMBOK, PMI etc.

As a Project Management Officer you are used to operating in politically sensitive situations and know the dynamics of projects and programs.

You are customer and solution oriented, capable of analytical thinking and you can provide the necessary flexibility.

You are Dutch or French speaking mother tongue with a good knowledge of the other language and English.
