Application Project Manager

We search

• As Project Manager you are responsible for the delivery of one or several application-related projects with our client. You ensure successful implementation, integration and customization of different applications.
• You are analyzing the (different) project (s) and translating the needs of the business into IT and vice versa.
• You monitor the pre-defined quality, planning, milestones and budget.
• As Project Manager, you manage the expectations, scope, risks and changes that may occur during the project.
• You are taking leadership in detecting problems and the necessary solutions.
• You assume the role as Point of Contact for escalations in case of problems and / or conflicts
• You are in charge of the technical coordination and people management of the team.
• On a regular basis, you report to the Program Manager on the progress of the project.

Profile

• You already have a solid experience (minimum 3 years) as Project Manager
• You have a diploma of higher education or university degree or equivalent to experience.
• Thorough knowledge of IT Applications in various development technologies such as .Net, Java, etc.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in different project management planning tools.
• You can manage different projects and you have experience in successfully managing and implementing various Business Partners initiatives.
• You can interact, influence and communicate at any level in a professional environment.
• You can understand complex technical systems and concepts as well as communicate to a non-technical audience.
• You have experience and / or certificates in Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• You are Dutch or French speaking mother tongue with a good knowledge of the other language and English.
